Lucknow: In a prompt and efficient action, the Kaiserbagh Police Station successfully recovered a lost bag belonging to a woman and returned it safely to her, bringing relief to the affected family.
According to the police, Pinky Singh, a resident of Gomti Nagar, had inadvertently left her bag—containing essential personal items—in an auto-rickshaw. Upon receiving the information, the Kaiserbagh police team swung into action without delay.
Using ITMS (Integrated Traffic Management System) camera footage, the police carefully scanned routes and identified the concerned auto-rickshaw. Acting swiftly, Woman Sub-Inspector Priyanka Singh, along with Head Constable Akhilesh Tripathi and other members of the police team, contacted the auto driver and traced the missing bag.
The bag was recovered safely and handed over intact to Pinky Singh. Expressing gratitude, she praised the alertness, professionalism, and sensitivity shown by the police personnel.
The incident highlights the efficiency of Lucknow Police in using technology and swift field coordination to assist citizens and ensure public trust and safety.
